		<description>Exactly, and thank you for bringing up that point again.  It&#039;s important to keep in mind the quality of your team.

As well, you should ensure that the person giving advice doesn&#039;t have any hidden agendas.  I&#039;ve seen that scenario hurt people -- pretty sad.
