If I had to pick one thing that I could say holds me back, it would have to be over-analyzing my goals and the steps to achieve them.  I have heard it put like this:  paralysis by analysis, and I know that I am sometimes guilty of it.</description>

		<description>Have you shared this?  For me, I over-indulged back in my college days.  Now I may enjoy an occasional beer or a sip of wine, but I respect the stuff.

If I have a dependency,it is not chemical but spiritual.  I have learned to put my trust in God more and more over the years, and that trust is good.</description>
