Ask yourself about the worst case scenario.

Sometimes we are afraid to make a career change because it is the unknown and that scares us.

One of the best demonstrations I ever saw of worst case scenario role play was at Career Thought Leaders in Baltimore when Susan Whitcomb, The Academies, lead Shahrzad Arasteh through an exercise where Shahrzad contemplated becoming an entrepreneur. The result? Shahrzad took that big step and launched her own venture and even authored a book, Nourish your Career!
