4 reasons you absolutely want LinkedIn premium
Is LinkedIn Premium a good idea? For years clients and others have asked me if I thought they should upgrade to LinkedIn Premium and for a long time, the answer was no.
However, in the last few years I have discovered a number of good reasons that the investment makes sense. It particularly makes sense for job seekers but it also makes sense for professionals who are using LinkedIn to network.
4 reasons you absolutely want LinkedIn premium
- LinkedIn Premium allows you to see all the people who view your profile instead of just 5 and determine specifically which people from which companies or job titles are viewing your profile.
- Only with LinkedIn Premium are you able to see how your skills match the job postings and adjust your skills to better reflect the types of jobs you want. (Did you know that LinkedIn has more job postings that most other job boards even though that is just one element of the power of LinkedIn?)
- With LinkedIn Premium, you are able to see salaries for many of the jobs posted and determine if the job fits your financial needs.
- As you review your ranking compared to others in your network, you are able to see full ranking and not just where you are now positioned.
