Let me teach you the secret to leveraging accomplishments. The key element to differentiate you from the pack of other job seekers is your accomplishments.

As long as you list only duties on your resume to target the resume with specific accomplishments for your career goal, you wonder why no one calls you back.

What is the secret to leveraging accomplishments?

First, your accomplishments need to fit the target of your resume:

• Big Data Analytics – Implemented Big Data analytics for leading-edge connected devices across geographies to enhance capability, capacity, and predictive performance.
• IT Transformation – Built IT technology organization and technology infrastructure in Hong Kong from ground zero for a $2B utility business.
